• Begin with an assessment in the privacy of your home by one of our professional staff.
• Coordinate care of each patient with the family, hospital, Case Manager, Medical Staff,  or respite in the development of private duty home.
• Strive to promote and maintain optimum physical and mental function based on the patient’s capabilities, lifestyle, and stage of life.
• Help patients reach their full potential of health, independence, and safety.

• Personal Hygiene/Grooming (ADLs)
• Bathing/Bed Bath: Tub or shower
• Dressing/undressing
• Transferring in and out of bed/wheelchair/car with or without equipment
• Medication reminders and supervision
• Respite Care
• Assisting with walking
• Monitoring blood pressure, heart rate, respirations, temperature, and weight
• Wound Care
• Light housekeeping/laundry
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
